Welcome to Next-Day Express Delivery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, logistics networks, freight forwarding, and express delivery services. By accessing our site or booking a shipment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or access our website.

1. Description of Services

Next-Day Express Delivery provides multi-modal transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to air freight, ground transportation, rail shipping, and sea freight forwarding. Delivery timeframes (e.g., "Next-Day") are estimates based on standard operational parameters and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather, and destination restrictions.

2. Prohibited Items

To ensure the safety of our staff and adherence to international shipping laws, users are strictly prohibited from shipping the following items through our network:

• Explosives, firearms, ammunition, and hazardous chemicals.
• Illegal narcotics, unregulated drugs, or contraband.
• Live animals, perishable goods requiring specialized climate control (unless explicitly arranged via our specialized services).
• Counterfeit goods, currency, precious metals, or highly negotiable items without prior written declaration and specialized insurance.

Note: We reserve the right to inspect any package and refuse service or turn over prohibited items to the relevant legal authorities.

3. Shipping and Customs

When shipping internationally, the sender is entirely responsible for ensuring that the package complies with all import/export laws of the origin and destination countries.

• The sender must provide accurate customs declarations, commercial invoices, and item valuations.
• Next-Day Express Delivery is not responsible for delays caused by customs holds, inspections, or unpaid tariffs.
• All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient or sender, depending on the agreed Incoterms.

4. Limitation of Liability and Insurance

While we boast a 98.7% on-time delivery rate, unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes may occur.

Our standard liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value of the shipment at the time of booking, up to a maximum standard limit as defined in our shipping contract. For high-value goods, we strongly recommend purchasing our Supplemental Freight Insurance. Next-Day Express Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delayed deliveries.

5. Billing and Payment

All shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless the user has an established corporate credit account. We reserve the right to adjust final billing if the actual weight or dimensions of a package exceed the estimated metrics provided by the user during booking. Unpaid balances may result in the withholding of the package or suspension of services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an announcement on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
